*CELEBRATING DR TONY NWOYE AT 49!*
Today, a comrade , an activist, a Political colossus was born 49 years ago, The people’s Senator, the Senator representing the good people of Anambra North Senatorial District at the 10th Senate Dr. Tony Nwoye, MBBS.
Born as a twin in Offianta village Nsugbe, Anambra East council area of Anambra State. Dr Tony Nwoye is an activist, a grass-root mobilizer, a consensus builder and a very pragmatic and consummate political strategist.
The former President, National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS) is always easily at home with both the nobles and the ordinary folks even as he is quick to identify with the latter as his primary constituency. He is a comrade and an up-to-date leader who despite his obvious sophistication in contemporary politics, retains the common touch and human element.
At 49, He is Two time House of Representatives Member-Elect and a current Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at this 10th Senate.
At 49, Dr Tony Nwoye is also a two-time Governorship Candidate in Anambra State and he also shares genuine comradeship with the youths and the masses and deeply empathizes with the dispossessed and the downtrodden. Dr Tony Nwoye's love for the people and desire to improve the lives of the less-privileged even at the risk of his personal and political interests marks him out as a politician of a different ilk.
In Dr Tony, lies a political leader with very rare combination of attributes: young but vastly experienced, dynamic, purposeful and a team player. He is result-oriented, an out-and-out grass root person but with very wide vertical reach.
As Dr Tony Nwoye marks his 49 year’s Birthday celebration today, we wish him many happy returns, praying God to continue to protect and guide him as he strives for betterment of the human race through results-oriented and impactul representation to his immediate constituents in Anambra North, Anambra State and Nigeria at large.
