The Chairman, Aguleri security committee Chief Anthony Orekyeh, has commended the Aguleri Vigilante Group ( AVG) for the protection of life and property in the community.
He said the people of Aguleri relied wholly on the vigilante services for prevention and hailed them for their past effort in dislodging the kidnappers den in Umueze Anam. In his words, he said that Aguleri vigilante group has shown uncommon sense of patriotism and resilience inspite of challenges. "I doff my heart for our ASTF board of trustees who have worked the clock to see us afloat"
Chief Orekyeh hailed the Aguleri Community Assembly leadership under Barr Rolex Ifeanyi Iloakasia for the cordial relationship between the town union and Aguleri security committee.
He finally advised the community youths to be law abiding by respecting the law enforcement agencies, most especially at this festive period as his team would not take it lightly with any group or person who may plan to undermine the security efforts during yuletide season.
