Uk based Philanthropist of Aguleri indigene in Anambra State, Chief Gab Mabia has shared another over 1000 bags of rice, to widows and indigents. The event took place in his country home at Aguleri yesterday, Thursday December 21st 2023. This has become a routine event having share the last on October 3rd 2023.
This is making it the 3rd time he is sharing the palliative to the indigent in Aguleri this year.
This time around however, he included payment of school fees for hundreds of indigent students in Aguleri.
Chief Mabia has engaged in this gesture for over four years, he said the gesture was done to cushion the effects of the current economic situation in the country.
As part of his continued efforts to cushion the effects of hunger in the region and part of Christmas celebration, the philanthropist distributed food items to residents of Aguleri in Anambra State.
According to him, he was not unaware of the fact that the economic situation of Nigeria has been eating deep into our people’s pocket, thereby making life difficult for some families to feed.
He has continue to reach out to the less privileged in the society not only in the Christmas periods but in every quarter of the year.
